When hormone replacement is needed I advocate natural hormone replacement. I will only support conventional hormone replacement if no natural intervention helps and I know through genetic testing that there is no cancer risk. There are various herbal remedies available for menopause and the right one can be recommended through consultation. When the patient uses the right remedy, they can fly through menopause without all the hot flushes, depression and anxiety.
