Heart health: Protect yourself from radiation
Protect yourself from wireless hazards
We are all at risk from the harmful effects of electrosmog. Our environment is full of devices from transmission towers to burglar alarms, electronic gadgets that bleep, monitor, open and shut just about everything. We need to confront this hazard as part of a heart healthy protocol. Boring enough it is to be continuously told not to smoke, eat certain foods, avoid salt, get enough exercise and be a nicer person. Then you find out your cell phone and ever-ready laptop landed you in the cardio unit.
The heart itself is a wireless device and is very sensitive to radiation. So for the sake of your heart, your brain and everything else – switch off the gadgets or seek protection from them. Especially people with circulation disorders or high-risk stroke and heart patients. Switched on cell phones, even when not against the ear or in a back¬pack can screw up your blood, your cells and your heart.
Protect yourself from wireless hazards
- Turn off cell phones and gadgets if not in use
- Avoid unnecessary exposure to your cell phone , i pad and laptop. Keep them far away from the body
- Use headset extensions, hands free keyboards and tubular (air – active*) devices
- Do not keep phones in a pocket or backpack.
- Install hard wire land-line phones, internet access, monitoring and security systems.
- Measure radiation effects from Wi-Fi routers, wireless computers, lap tops and tablets, computer peripheral equipment, like wireless printers and scanners. Buy a device*
- Respect the safety of people in your wi-fi exposure field. Take or make calls far enough away from them. (It is also more polite.)
- Use lightweight EMF shielding fabrics that protect from cell phones and cell tower radiation, cordless phones, wi-fi, radar, microwave oven leakage, TV broadcast, etc. *
- Use pocket patches to protect your body from 99% of the radiation being emitted by your cell phone while carrying it. *
- Use patches on jackets or other loose clothing. Place shields between the phone and you. (Don’t reflect the fields back to you.)*
- Some protective devices can be worn or attached to your devices. Test them all.*
- Keep your devices in specially shielded pouches.
Be aware of the harmful effects of electrosmog and protect yourself and your families. Devices for protection can be bought from most pharmacies and health shops.
