Rose’s Muesli Recipe
Recipe:
175g coconut flakes
2 cups (250g) almonds,cashews,pecans,walnuts (chop into small pieces) pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds about half cup and a quarter cup of ground linseed seeds.
2 tablespoon chia seeds
1 or 2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
80-100g coconut oil melted.
2 cups rolled oats (I use the one from Natures Source)
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and then add the coconut oil which has been melted You can add as much oil as you want. I normally add about 85 to 90g of the oil. Mix well and put into an airtight container. I keep it in my pantry I store mine in a glass screw top jar can be obtained from Spar or Checkers.
