Don`t go without this supplement – Vitamin D

  • Vitamin D3(Cholecalciferol) better than Vitamin D2(ergocalciferol) because it is similar to Vitamin D in your body
  • Test Vitamin D levels once a year because of low levels in most countries
  • Take 400iu-1000iu Vitamin D daily with a snack or fatty meal for better absorption
